This site follows accessibility guidelines closely:

  • Navigation is intuitive, the top navigation menu is simple. When necessary, a local navigation menu is provided.

  • Content is presented using Style Sheets that validates to CSS 2.1.

  • Markup is structural and validates to XHTML 1.0.

Statement

This website meets WCAG conformance priority level 1. It is designed to be as accessible as possible, regardless of the browser. If you find anything at this site that does not meet the minimum of Priority 1, please contact me and provide the page(s) and a description of the problems.

Skip to content is helpful to visitors with text-only browsers or browsers with CSS turned off. These visitors will see Skip to content link at the top of the page. This is provided to go directly to the main conent of the page.

Access Keys

At any time within the site you can use CTRL+ALT+1 to return to the home page of the site. Even though WCAG 1.0 suggests access key use, it is not clear if WCAG 2.0 will include it. That's why this site does not define many access keys.
